USAT AGE UP RULE: The USAT rule for age group category is as follows:
“All age group athletes must participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31 of the year of the event (2008).” For example, if your birth date is 9-3-1971 and you are currently 36 you will age up and compete in the 35-39 age group category.
