Welcome to the Manitou Triathlon. We are currently in our 18th year presenting a top ten race within Minnesota. This is a Sprint Triathlon which will be held at Ramsey County Beach located in White Bear Lake, MN and is part of the Midwest Multi Sports Series.
The race draws pros, elite, and age group triathletes from the surrounding area along with many other traveling from Canada, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. This race is also a great race for the beginner who is looking to participate in a fun, exciting, and challenging course.
